Elevare requires a doctor’s order, along with your child’s diagnosis and a recommendation for ABA therapy. We’ll also need a referral form filled with your insurance carrier and other essential information.

Upon receiving authorization, we will commence the intake assessment. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with you and your child to evaluate their medical, psychological, and behavioral history.

Our team, consisting of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), provides comprehensive care. The process begins with an initial assessment, where our therapists collaborate with your child and family to develop a personalized treatment plan. We understand the importance of continuity of care in helping children thrive and are committed to working with you to create and maintain an effective treatment plan.

Parent Training
You play a crucial role in guiding your child's journey. A Elevare BCBA will teach you effective methods to manage behaviors and incorporate new skills at home.

ABA Therapy
A dedicated behavior technician will work with your child in their preferred environment, whether it's at home, daycare, or school. They'll focus on developing new skills and adjusting goals as your child advances.

Treatment Planning
As your child grows and learns new skills, your BCBA will revise their individualized treatment plan to ensure it continues to support their development.
